Job Purpose (Job Summary) :
The - CRM Analyst, Institutional Business Support- position supports the global institutional business units and plays a role in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information that enables better internal measurement and management. A primary focus for the position is collaborating with internal institutional business partners to manage and maintain data in our Salesforce.com CRM platform, reporting dashboards, and management reports for Invesco's global institutional business. The position would also work closely with Institutional Sales and CRM groups to clean and standardize data. Also to respond to requests received and work as part of a team to ensure that relevant tasks are prioritized, actioned and completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
- Assist teams to manage data cleansing activities through the elimination of duplications and errors in the system and conduct ongoing reviews of quality and standardization of data
- Work closely with the Global CRM Program Manager to establish and develop analytics for business intelligence and measuring and demonstrating ROI in the system
- Maintain and update extensive database of account data for institutional reporting
- Analyze and structure complex client data into informative snapshots (tables and charts)
- Assist in the integration of additional data from internal/external sources into the system
- Assist with the management of dashboards and reports; support ad-hoc requests for data and analysis; create reporting and analytical
outputs from CRM for planning and evaluation as well as for end users to more effectively carry out day to day functions
- Ability to document the procedures and other relevant documentation
Qualifications :
Work Experience / Knowledge :
- A minimum of 3+ years professional experience in business analysis or related field is required
- Experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industries preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and data integrations preferred
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex data systems and collaborate to develop creative solutions
- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver effective oral and written communications
- High accuracy and attention to detail
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties) :
University/College degree in Business or Computer Science
