We call it as - Arya- . We started with researchers and scientists as our primary focus. A researcher can hire an AI companion of his choice in his own domain. Arya assists in making complex decisions and allowing the humans to access the in-depth insights that is not possible with normal intelligence.  We are a team of 7, 6 being researchers in various domains like Nano-Tech, AI, Bio-infomratics, Statistics, Computer Vision from top universities in India, IIT Bombay and IISER.   We are looking for passionate and ambitious - Business Person- who are familiar with high end Technology sales, subscriptions, cloud technologies, Software licensing and technology and publisher alliances. If you are into that segment, then this is an invitation for you to join the team to take the product to places where it needs to be.   Key responsibilities:  - Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships with the necessary partners for the purpose of designing and executing initiatives to develop, manage and drive revenue growth  - Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partnerships  - Prioritize key activities, investments, and metrics to allow management to assist in the growth and advancement of the business  - Communicate effectively with senior executives on a consistent basis  - Responsible for building business plans for establishing key partnerships to support revenue growth objectives  - Review progress attainment through frequent communications and Quarterly Business Reviews  - Responsible for meeting agreed sales and revenue targets  - Responsible for maintaining a disciplined sales process through the use of tools and driving efficiencies and improvements for optimal results  - Responsible for leading or assisting a sales team in customer or prospect discussions involving our strategic partners  - Responsible for collaborating with marketing to develop sufficient programs to generate leads and brand awareness to meet assigned targets  - Negotiate corporate wide agreements with strategic partners  Must have:   - Prior experience to SaaS & Cloud based products towards B2C & B2B business models  - Sales capable - Ability to understand the product, the Tech USP's and show relevant demo proof supporting the statements and closing a deal  - Ability to manage conflict  - Adaptable to the changes   - Handle pressure and time urgency towards the targets  - Guts to take the big leap and learn from mistakes.   - Readiness to travel  Qualifications:   - Any degree (but be able to understand tech & cloud)  - Team building and time management skills  - Self-motivated and leadership qualities  - Prior Experience in management positions  - Clear communication and excellent presentation skills
