Looking for a strong operations/business development guy to head an Online industrial platform for a bootstrapped start up in Delhi .

Roles and responsibilities :

- Working directly with the Founder and stake holders within the organisation to scale up the existing model and platform.

- Hands-on experience in operations and business model development.

- Responsible for doing essential operations to build the startup and making a good sales/marketing strategy.

- Building a strong business strategy for the company.

- Building the team from ground up. Having worked in a start-up environment is a big Plus.

Education : MBA from IIM.
