Inventory Manager - Finance Vertical

Looking for Inventory management based in Finance department. Job role involves additional mentioned responsibilities.

- Download Stock Value report (MB5W), Calculate the average rate for each SKU

- Comparewith the rates from previous month (at material code and Plant code combination)- Highlight the exceptions- for rate variances (Variance +/- 10% - Stock Value > Rs 25 K).

- MB5W on 1st day at 6 am before the new period opening

- Download MB52 - Storage location wise Stock

- Z Inventory - Stock Ageing, Z Inventory_q - Quality Hold, Z Inventory_B - Blocked Material

- ZSD 130 - Export COGS, ZCO 219 - for NRV, ZCO231 - Quality Stock Valuation

- ZMM146 - Packing material Ageing

- ZMB5T for Transit stock, ZMMR_01 - shortages, GL 20206044 for Excess Receipt

- GST Reversal on Shortages Receipt and shortages observed in physical verification shortages. As input credit will not be available for shortages post entries to reverse the GST receivable (for the Specific State GL A/c) and Debit Recovery - Shortages/ Damage/leakage Account to settle against debit note from transporters.

- Excess Stock received accounting - During the month what ever stock excess received against the STOs, all those are accounted in GL 20206044. At the end of the month, this account is cleared by Crediting Provision for FG Stock.

- Stock In transit for more than a year
