Inventory Manager (Analytics) - Mumbai - FMCG Brand

Looking for candidates who having experience in inventory Analytics from FMCG/ CPG and manufacturing industries

Experience - 6-10 years (should have Supply Chain domain experience, team lead experience , People management..,)

Position - Inventory Manager (Operational/ functional / Analytics)Qualification - Graduate/

Post Graduate Location - Mumbai

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- In depth knowledge of Supply planning and Inventory management concepts

- Expertise in Inventory optimization techniques and tools.- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

- Experience in designing and implementation of single/multi-echelon Inventory optimization tools.

- Knowledge of various Inventory planning and system performance KPI's and metrics- Ability to navigate the organization across all levels to drive improvements in planning.

- Demonstrated project and change management skills. Strong technical and process leadership on Inventory planning, optimization and management. Deep business knowledge and industry experience.

- Executive presence - Ability to interact with cross functional leaders and present and challenge new ideas.

- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills, ability to work with considerable ambiguity.

- Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with broad cross section of business partners across the globe

- Experience in management of collaboration, issue resolution, and performance improvement. - Experience in working with cross functional leaders in a matrix organization - Global exposure preferred

- This role is responsible for all the finished and raw-material Inventory planning optimization activities .Supporting the regions on developing Inventory strategies, ownership and governance of the E2E process, sustaining and continuously improving the capability by reviewing the impact on business KPI's, system maintenance and performance, along with supporting the scalability and standardization across the globe will be a key responsibility of this role. This is a global role and works closely with all the regional planning teams, regional COE's and IPT in developing, implementing, sustaining, and improving the global planning standards developed by IPT.
