1. The key metric to this role is to achieve the quarterly and monthly targets set by the company. 2. Develop a thorough understanding of Inventos product -lines, customer categories and competitors. A good understanding techno-commercially and customer-centricity will be key requisites to the role. 3. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound. Use Sales Playbook and techniques and reach out to the relevant contacts in the regions allocated to you. Self training is a must. 4. Learn and utilise web based Sales and Marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator / HubSpot / Inside View etc and develop new ways and methods to self generate leads. 5. Reach out to inbound leads in timely fashion and pitch for a demo. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation. 6. Responsible for closures for the accounts/regions assigned to you. Prepare well for the demos. Take feedback from the peers. Negotiate and handle objections raised by the client independently. 7. Generate revenues across all business lines of the organisation I.e through BOT Sales into the B2B sectors and high end leasing and brand activations through events , corporates and trade shows. 8. Ensure that all the activities are updated in the designated reporting structure ( CRM)
