Job description :
Driving CoE Innovation - Industry Connect
- Build CoE resource expertise through tie-ups with industry.
- Cocreate Academia-Industry research and Innovation to fuel knowledge pathways for Different types of Projects as part of CoE Projects Plan
- To reinforce an active research culture that fosters the highest achievements, encourages originality and innovation, and enriches the student learning experience.
- Source, liaison and bring industry funding/ involvement in setting collaborative research constructs as part of CoE Research Plan
- To plan and organize MDPs, FDPs, SDPs after a judicious analysis of the contextual requirements as part of CoE Engagement Plan.
- Create database of specialized personnel in various disciplines as per the requirement of CoE members to support and mentor student project ideas as part of CoE Incubation Plan.
- Build frameworks for converting student ideas to products.
Operations and Coordination
- Working closely with external and internal stakeholders to bring out the best quality products as per the timelines defined by the Business Team.
- To participate in delivery of programs with detailing and complete control of all pre, during and post event management.
- To strengthen the program delivery through creation of process-centric functions, frameworks, processes and protocols
- To coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery and effective outcomes.
- To maintain and benchmark best practices through digital tools, technologies, platform access which help in building an efficient work environment.
- To initiate associations with acclaimed knowledge, research edtech enterprises to extend opportunities for our academic fraternity including iNurture students.
- To facilitate conduct of knowledge events to promote research such as workshops, symposiums, seminars etc.
- To undertake any other activities assigned from time to time by the leadership team
