Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Business Partner who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You would be responsible for managing End to end recruitment process, from role definition to onboarding of Middle and Higher management opening.
- Developing effective recruitment forecasts to accurately predict our future talent requirements basis business ambition.
- Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws.
- Handle - POSH:- Trainings & POSH annual returns
- Reconcile payroll and benefits statements
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions.
- Run monthly payroll
- Design, implement and monitor Performance Management.
- Create a comprehensive & sustainable employee engagement strategy by driving various initiatives like sports and cultural events, festival celebrations, health & wellness desk, team building activities, suggestion system etc.to foster engagement levels of employees.
- Framing and revising job descriptions
- Partner with senior leaders to develop strategies & demonstrable links between engagement & their strategic goals.
- Facilitate sessions on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and compliance of the same across all locations.
- Talent Acquisition - Hiring Mid & Senior level positions & Induction
- Conduct effective and superior induction and orientation sessions.
- Assists in the design and execution of Talent Management solutions in the areas of competency implementation, career planning, on-boarding, Job rotation - internal movements, promotions, succession planning etc.
- Training initiatives across the organization (from Internal & External Trainers), TNA
- Revising and designing new Policies & Process.
- Conduct exit interviews; support retention strategies and monitor attrition
- Administer, analyze, and action plan surveys for the Exit Interviews
