About the Company:

iNurture is a company that is uniquely positioned in the Education space in India. It partners with universities to create and conduct UG and PG courses on their campuses powered by content that is industry endorsed using contemporary pedagogue, with trained faculty who are subject matter experts, usually with industry experience on the subjects that they are teaching.

The company has seen three rounds of venture capital funding via Gujarat Ventures Limited, Ascent Capital and the last round via Bertelsmann.

With a core business model that has been proven, the company is now poised to scale both its classroom presence across locations, extend its expertise into blended and online distance education and also into University services, all as part of a phased expansion. iNurture is today managing around 150 classrooms across its partners which are expected to reach 500 in next 3 yrs.

The Position : Chief Marketing Officer

Reporting to : Managing Director

Reporting team : The Head of Sales, Head of Digital marketing and Head of Brand will report in directly into this position. Each of these positions has teams reporting to the leads which will then be the responsibility of the CMO for development and enhancement as required.

Key Result Areas for the position include :

- Own and Drive Student Acquisition Numbers across all Lines of Business i.e On Campus, On Campus Top ups, Retail and Corporate

- Own New Student Revenue targets across all the above Lines of Business

- Brand Management both B2B (partners) as well as B2C (students)

- Corporate PR

Student Acquisition :

- To develop the business plan for achieving the admission target.

- Develop and Implement a Lead Nurturing Program across all channels i.e Sales and Digital Marketing to ensure a high rate of admission prediction capability basis pipeline development.

- Strategic preparation of total sales & marketing plan including campaign wise budgeting of cost, revenue and profitability

- Develop and Manage key affiliate relationships eg: media partnerships

- To recruit and put together a team for lead management activity and put CRM in place for effective monitoring and ensuring higher conversion ratio.

Digital Marketing :

- Drive digital marketing & student / partner acquisition.

- Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns across the user funnel via multiple channels including online advertising, product launches, online campaigns, email marketing, webinars and more

- Inbound and outbound campaign development: Execute email campaigns (customer acquisition, drip and nurture), SEM/SEO/SMM, and content marketing

- Extensively involved in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing.

- Actively drive the company's website strategy, website design & dvpt, website maintenance including value adds like, database mgmt & community building.

- Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages.

- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive incoming traffic & leads

Sales Management :

- Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.

- Evaluating and identifying vendors, media, advertising agencies/ channels/ partners for developing long-term relationships

- Leading the evolution and implementation of effective promotion strategies to support sales initiatives. Defining and implementing branding guidelines for external and internal usage of the brand.

- Managing the team reporting to this role by evaluating performance of team members, providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure ongoing capability development

Technical Competencies :

- Understanding of P & L/Budgets/Costs/Investment etc., preferably in Education domain

- Should have experience in both B2B & B2C

- Significant experience in Service industry

- Should have understanding on latest technology with respect to education industry

- Should have handled the P &L of medium sized organization & should have exhibited visible growth practices

- Excellent Communication skills

- Strong Leadership skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams

- Should have flair towards learning.
