As the Head of Marketing at BI Worldwide India, you'll be a senior leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company's mission and purpose.

Focus areas will be to drive brand awareness, sales enablement, lead generation, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

You will lead a team of talented marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing plan leading to positive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business goals, leveraging market research, customer insights, and industry trends to build brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Brand Ownership & Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials, ensuring a strong and unified brand identity.

B2B Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel (offline/online) marketing campaigns, utilizing digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, events, and other B2B channels to generate leads and enhance customer engagement. Understanding of CRM platforms - Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics.

Budgeting and Performance Analysis: Manage marketing budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to assess ROI and optimize marketing initiatives.

Sales Enablement & Trainings: Work closely with sales teams to understand the skill and knowledge gaps, provide sales content basis sales funnel stages, and conduct regular trainings to help them sell smarter and sell more.

Competitor Analysis and Research: Conduct regular market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer research to identify opportunities, optimize marketing strategies, and stay ahead to make an impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other relevant departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, supporting product launches, sales initiatives, and customer retention strategies.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment to maximise team's potential for delivering results.

Partnerships and Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships with industry influencers, agencies, consulting firms and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse marketing team.

- Expertise in direct & digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools, CRM tools, marketing automation.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
