iNube - Vice President - Insurance Practice

VP Insurance Practice:

Lead, guide and mentor business analysts/domain experts and contribute to company's growth by identifying areas of improvement and innovation for iNube's product/s

Responsibilities will include:

- Guide and mentor business analysts/domain experts and foster a culture of excellence and innovation

- Align BAs to project/product engagements to achieve 100% Utilization

- Contribute to Product Initiatives

- Coordinate and work closely with Delivery Teams in providing domain expertise, aligning BAs for projects and contribute for successful implementations

- Demonstrate thought leadership by publishing white papers and research articles in leading insurance magazines/sites

Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Business Administration

- Certification in Insurance viz., III, LOMA, AICPCU, CII

- Should have 15+ years of experience in Insurance Industry and/or IT industry having implemented enterprise applications for Insurers, MGAs, TPAs

- Should be proficient in Life & Annuities, Property & Casualty and Health insurance lines in Indian, MENA, ASEAN and USA regions

- People leadership

Experience Range: 15+ years

Location: Bangalore

Mandatory: Candidate should have insurance Certified like III, LOMA, AICPCU, CII.
