Intuit - Sr Product Manager

We are seeking the best of the best - product managers with deep experience innovating new products, are from top management consulting firms or business schools, or have demonstrated success in changing customers' lives. We're seeking an international product manager who is excited about moving to (or remaining in) India with extensive travel to the US.

- As an international product manager, you will be either immediately or eventually based in Bangalore, India after a few months of training and networking at our headquarters in Mountain View, CA. This role requires close interaction with and empathy for US small business owners, a passion for technology, sharp business acumen and strategic decision-making skills. You will lead a small team of PMs and designers to delight customers. You will also be an energy source and a product expert that will work in close collaboration with our Bangalore-based engineering team. You will lead cross-functional change and transformation in the organization, regardless of location.

- The candidate will have a passion for customer engagement with the ability to learn quickly from research to define delighting factors that will make the product a unique, indispensable solution for customers.
The candidate will also play a leading role in working with the product development team & stakeholders to translate the customers need and insights into product features and offering improvements.

You are most likely:

- A strong analyst - can take data from disparate sources and create a compelling, persuasive strategy, on par with a top tier management consultant

- An MBA from a top school with 9+yrs of experience in product management and/or have a proven track record changing customers' lives with your innovative solutions

- Are a strong, influential leader who can influence and drive cross-functional teams

- A technical expert able to be able to gain the respect of a top-tier engineering team

- An ambitious self-starter

- An expert in small business financial management, particularly with QuickBooks

- Passionate about creating solutions on three platforms: desktop software, Android applications, and web-based software
