Intuit - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Sr Product manager and Director on the vision and strategy for the financial data platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutions

- Work closely with Intuit design teams and with financial institutions to develop delightful customer experiences to connect, acquire, present and manage user's financial data

- Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience

- Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success

- Drive the execution of the product plan, working closely with the product team across all functions. You are the product owner for these services

- Drive project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across the different services and teams required for the solution

- Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal

- Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way

- Represent the financial data services team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally and externally

Qualification:

- 2+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially data integration or large scale application integration

- Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs

- Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development and data integration - ie reading code, architecture and design discussions - with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams

- Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business result

- Demonstrated proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables cross multiple teams

- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap

- Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner

- Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products

- Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer

- Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations

- Good communication skills - in small teams and larger group presentation formats

- MBA from a premier institute with a BE is an added advantage
