Welcome to Intuit India, where ideas are born, and come to life as QuickBooks Online and many more.  What is the role-   Intuit India is seeking an exceptionally talented Sales & Operations Leader to manage Sales programs to acquire and retain customers at scale to help accelerate the growth of business in India. It will include the following responsibilities:  1. Build and lead a strong team of sales consultants to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue goals.  2. Work closely with the Managing Director, assisting in the development of business strategies.  3. Actively use metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis and taking full accountability  4. Manages for both the short term and long term, for positive ROI.   5. Directly engage sales consultants to teach, mentor, coach and drive the sales process.  6. Establish new channels to acquire and manage small business clients   7. Establish partnerships with key strategic companies to provide unique value to small businesses   8. Conduct calibration sessions and deliver reviews regarding performance expectations, initiative prioritizations and goals/results.  9. Create a productive, high-energy and achievement-oriented team environment.  10. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.  11. Effectively communicate and lead change management initiatives.  The Sales Leader should be detail-oriented and extremely organized, needs to be thick-skinned and professional, capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities, and comfortable working with local and international teams. He/She should be entrepreneurial in outlook and be comfortable in a - startup- environment (albeit with the resources of the global Company).   Who should apply?   Qualifications:  - 10+ years of Sales and Operations leadership in a professional and consultative selling environment in software or business services.  - Excellent track record in driving consistent revenue outcomes and overachieving against aggressive sales targets.  - Demonstrated ability to excel within an environment of change, and get's going with little to no direction.  - Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings - can do- motivation to work every day.  - Excellent project management skills, including: team-building, role assignment, organization, prioritization, time management, conflict resolution and risk assessment/mitigation.  - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.  - Excellent time management skills and techniques.  - BTech & MBA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience  Discover what it's like to be part of a team that rewards taking risks and trying new things.
