About Role :

Intuit partners with Accounting, Bookkeeping & Consulting Firms to grow adoption of QuickBooks Online among Small Businesses.

Candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and a competitive sales drive. Candidates would need to have entrepreneurial mindset and passion to build the Online Accounting market in India.

The key responsibility areas will include :

- Grow, develop and manage existing Accounting partner relationships in the market to ensure high engagement & retention.

- Deliver on Weekly and Quarterly Sales Goals for their market.

- Assist existing Partners in Account planning and on-boarding them to Tools for ProAdvisors that would help them grow their online clientele.

- Promote QuickBooks among existing Accounting partners and their teams to reinforce QuickBooks benefits for Accounting Firms & their clients.

- Collaborate internally with new partner acquisition BDM team; partner teams for End-user Training and/or Migration & Accountant Support to ensure happy, engaged partners for QuickBooks Online.

Candidate profile :

- Strong drive for results demonstrated through at-least 12 years of consistent strong performance in Sales or BD roles with account management skills.

- Excellent Communication Skills and fit for customer facing roles with pleasing personality and strong inter-personal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through capability to manage and develop Key Accounts, and driving B2B sales in the past.

- Partnering capabilities with various channels medium to build a strong ecosystem within Intuit. Capacity may include but not limited to Direct Sales, Channel Management.

- Passion to play a key role in building the online Accounting market demonstrated through keen interest in Technology and tech businesses.

Candidate should be :

- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with at-least 3 to 4 years of people management experience for handling a team of Sales/ Account Management/ Business Development executives.

- Willing to spend 80%+ of time at customer locations. Willing to travel.

- Knowledge of Accounting is a plus. Candidates from Accounting/Tax/B2B Software Sales preferred.
