Reporting To - Head IT - Applications

Location - Mumbai (BKC)

Job Purpose :

The key purpose of this role is to Works as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and IT Application Suppliers (Internal/ External). It ensures delivery of new changes & enhancements in existing IT applications related to Facility Management & Finance applications i.e. e-Facility, SAP, Tally etc... Ensure on-time, within cost and quality delivery from different partners.

Required Experience / Qualifications :

- Relevant 7-8 years of work experience

- Experience handling projects as techno-functional expert

- Experience in facility management domain is preferred

- Experience with working in any of the following tool(s) is an add-on Facilio/ Message Box/ Quick FMS/ Knowcross

- Proficient and good understanding of COTS as well as Custom applications

- Excellent in requirement gathering and respective documentation

- Good Exposure to testing methodologies and tools

- Excellent in stakeholder management

- Techno-Functional Knowledge

- Clear and precise in communication (Verbal as well as written)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Requirement gathering and analysis

- Capturing test cases to ensure the exact solution gets delivered as per the business requirements

- Confidential- Interwork Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd

- Facilitate UATs and getting sign-off from business

- Conduct User Trainings

- Maintain healthy working relations with business stakeholders

- Perform continuous and periodic reviews with vendors towards managing and proper functioning of these applications.

Qualification :

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering Discipline

- Certification in any Application Project Management Practice or Business Analysis is desirable

- Travel Required depending on Client assignments.
