Roles :

We are looking for Product Managers with enthusiastic and analytical outlook, graduating from elite colleges who are keen on driving a product line from conceptualisation to development to launch. Looking for people who have passion to build awesome new products.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Create and manage roadmap for the product:

- Perform primary and secondary market research independently and/or in collaboration with other teams.

- Work with customer success team to gather customer requirements

- Work with industry leaders to verify the roadmap

- Convert the roadmap into product documentations (BRD, PRD, FSD etc) working with different teams.

- Collaborate with design team to create the best UI/UX for the users

- Collaborate with engineering teams to create robust and disciplined Agile Sprints

- Collaborate with quality teams to create, maintain and resolve issue list of the product such that the support teams can follow SLAs

- Plan and manage product launches and releases by working with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams

- Collaborate with the innovations team to create ROI analysis and feature improvement analysis

- Create and manage product training in collaboration with technical writers and customer success teams

Background/Skills Desired:

- Data management, ETL, Interoperability, interface building, Hadoop, spark

- Understanding of US healthcare - health data

- PRD, Wireframing, release documentation, deployment specs documentation

- Worked with tech team in past/managed a tech team, scrum management

- Candidate should have managed a software product (or major feature) development from conceptualization to launch

- 3 + years of professional experience

- 2+ years of software product management experience

- Worked on B2B products

- Worked with senior management and leadership

- Should be open to work in flexible hours

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science and MBA from a reputed institute.
