We have scaled up traffic, leads and sales massively over the past year. Hence, it is now critical for us to continually optimize our website to deliver an amazing user experience and improve all the conversion ratios (leads:traffic and sales:leads). That will allow us to scale up revenue multiple times even at the same traffic levels.

Hence, we need a kick-ass Product Manager who will completely own the customer experience, and be laser-focused on carrying out a series of experiments to continually improve the sales product.

Here's a more in-depth look into what this role will involve :

- Employ data-backed product development methodology to improve user experience and feature prioritization

- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data for coming up with product requirements

- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to understand user behavior and drive growth through conversion rate optimization.

- Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs and other metrics

Anything specific you are looking for?

In terms of skill sets here's what we are looking for (apart from boundless enthusiasm and oodles of self-motivation) :

- 3+ years of experience developing products ideally with a background in technical product management.

- Experience in driving strong user growth through relentless testing around conversion rate optimization

- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to understand product usability.

- An understanding of what makes for a good user experience and beautiful design. Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies

- Strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to foster creativity, innovation, and integrity within and across multicultural teams

- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, business, or marketing
