Job Profile and Description:

- Obtain project briefs from the client ensuring the right information is secured

- Delivering concise and informative briefs to designers and developers and working with them to understand the client's need.

- Overseeing all the details of the project from the beginning of the project to the end

- Reporting about the progress of the project to the higher authorities

- Planning the project from its nascent stages till its completion along with the management

- Coordinating with all the departments that are involved in the project

- Taking responsibility of all the problems that arise in the project and solving them in a timely manner before they become too big

- Complete of all the documentation required for the project

- Looking after each detail of the project

- Getting the budget pre-approved and making sure the project does not overshoot the budget

- Finishing the project on the stipulated time

- Maintaining the project even after it is finished

- Making all the final reports like the project report, the final account statements and many other reports and submitting it to the higher authorities

- Monthly audits of all projects and suggest the required changes and improvement to the team.

Professional Competencies:

- A bachelor and masters degree in business administration

- Appropriate experience in Digital Media Industry

- The company can use their discretion in making someone the project manager irrespective of qualifications.

- Experience in delivering projects in an agency environment coupled with exceptionally strong client service skills

- Experience working with in the digital marketing world, across social networks & websites

- Knowledge of and experience of implementing project management principles including the ability to use project timeline management tools

- Exceptional communication and people management skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
