International Strategy Manager

- Build our international strategy and develop our plan for international expansion, including market priorities, timelines, legal requirements, resource requirements, recruiting, etc.

- Act from the highest level of strategy development down to the minutest detail of execution. Take full responsibility for results and do what it takes to be successful. Be prepared for anything: from presenting the details of the opportunity for growth in India to our Board, to coordinating our global marketing team’s support.

- Work to coordinate and leverage our efforts, in particular in our marketing and sales programs as well as our enabling technology development.

- Marketing programs development, Execution & monitoring, recommendations.

- Collaborate constantly with our functional teams and regional teams to course-correct our strategy and drive execution. Work across the organization from the Board of Directors and Executive Team to our entry-level team members. Work seamlessly with our external advisors and business partners.

- Maintain a solid working knowledge of consumer behaviour and competitive activity and utilize industry leading marketing tools to grow brand presence in the digital marketplace.

- Analyze sales, ROI and other metrics impacting the on-line channel and report recommendations for improvement to the VP of Marketing

- Act as team leader capable of building solid- working relationships with internal departments and partners with external on-line marketing sources

Qualifications:

- Business planning experience: 3-5 years post-business school experience in management consulting or the strategy team of a multi-national consumer business.

- International experience: 3-5 years international work experience.

- MBA from Ivy League B-Schools.
