The position will be responsible for providing support/ assistance to the Human Resources Director for the delivery and maintenance of employee benefits, employee salary related entitlements, compensation, leaves and maintenance of accurate MIS data. In addition, the position will support the MS Site Operations as required.

Key Responsibilities 

Specific Responsibilities

- Act as the focal point for monthly payroll compilation and work with appointed business partners as appropriate.

- Management of approved payroll and employee payments computation, recording and reporting.

- Assist in annual salary reviews and company performance bonus for all employees.

- Participate in annual salary market survey initiatives.

- Ensure payroll data is delivered to finance department as per designate date every month.

- Manage and maintain updated employee salary entitlement data.

- Facilitate timely disbursement of salary related entitlements (i.e. meal vouchers, medical reimbursements, LTA).

- Manage accurate and updated leave records for all employees including leave application records.

- Ensure leave updates are sent to HODs as per stipulated timelines every month.

- Manage and ensure timely and accurate updation of HR reports.

- Plan and facilitate ongoing employee engagement activities.

Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge 

- Possess HR generalist working exposure, preferably in a MNC environment.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different level of employees within an organization.

- Familiar with Microsoft applications, i.e. MS word, Excel & Power Point.

- Knowledgeable in payroll management.

- Focused on attention to details.

Required Work Experience


- 3-4 years of working experience in human resources environment.

Required Qualifications

- MBA with specialization in HR ( Preferred )

Required Languages

- English and local language (usually Hindi).
