International Sales Specialist (Flexible Packaging)

- Responsible for managing strategy for global sales for the flexible packaging business.

- Work closely with the sales team on ground in ensuring that the right feedback is taken while creating new strategies.

- Understand the markets and drive strategy to improve sales in the same.

- Maintaining sales contracts will also form a key component of the role.

- Working closely with the senior stakeholders in India to help create future strategy is one of the most essential parts of the role.

- Achieve the revenue target assigned for the month and year through collaborated efforts with the team.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to the existing clientele.

- Explore new opportunities for sales and acquire new business for the organization's solutions and products. Collaborate with the plant operations time for timely production of the required products.

- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team for timely dispatch of the finished products.

- Collaborate with the Finance and Commercial Teams for pricing and costing of the products.

- Take strategic initiatives for the region and organization to increase market share in a competitive landscape. Understanding of the customer issues and providing unique solutions to the clients and resolving their concerns with regards to flexible packaging.

- Understand the packaging landscape and quickly utilize the opportunity to create a long-term association with the customers.

- Analyze trends and statistics for the region and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualification And Experience:

1. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience of sales in the flexible packaging industry.

2. Should have experience of managing sales strategy in the international markets as well.

3. Proven Track Record of Managing Key Accounts & Successfully delivering in the Flexible Packaging Industry.

4. Proven Track Record of Business Development in the Flexible Packaging Industry.

5. Excellent Relationship Management Skills to handle Large Key Accounts.

6. Analytical and Data skills to understand and comprehend data.

7. Strong Techno Commercial Acumen to understand the details of the industry quickly.

8. Strong Process and Compliance Oriented to manage the sales and distribution appropriately.

9. Result oriented and a go-getter to get things done from all the important stakeholders.

10. The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

11. Should have experience of working with senior stakeholders.

12. Should have a good knowledge of MS Excel.
