Job Description: Senior Profile for International Project Finance

Company Name: One of fast growing company in renewable energy domain, part of US$ 3.5 Billion diversified Indian Conglomerate

Essential Requirement:

- Excellent understanding/experience of International Project Finance sector including PPP.

- Experience of handling/managing key international Project finance parties i.e. Sponsor(s), EPC contractor, offtaker(s), Operator and mining contractor, Financiers and Export Credit Agencies / Multilaterals, Lease Providers etc.

- Techno-commercial experience.

- Excellent analytical & negotiation skills.

- MBA in Finance/ IPF from reputed schools/ Institutes

Key Deliverables:

- Funding and risk profiling including equity and debt markets (senior and subordinated debt), Capital markets (Bonds, securitization), Export Credit Agencies (ECA) / The World Bank and key Multilaterals, JV Partners for Sponsors, Structuring Project Finance transactions

- Existing relationships with Key sources of funding including Export Credit Agencies/ Multilaterals

- Structuring of the financial arrangements including Debt sizing and debt facilities, Credit enhancement, Financial: Interest rates, FX and hedging
