- The company has distribution channels and have distributors and specialized institutional distributors spread across the country. The institutional distributors cater to different institutions and big corporate.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- New business development by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads.
- Identifying Prospective and Potential customers and develop business, enhancing business from existing accounts, achieving profitability
- Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and achieve sales plan/targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies.
- Implementing marketing strategies for generating maximum Revenue
- Maintaining and developing customer database and to Analyze the customer behavior, useful for business
- Gather data on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
- Ensure required channel management for the designated markets.
- Ensure all customer issues/complaints are resolved within the relevant system and responses fed back to customer.
- Assist in the promotion of new and existing products by attending exhibitions and undertaking marketing projects as directed by sales management.
- Manage channel partners and perform ledger reconciliation
- Co-ordination with Internal works, for ensuring delivery on time, timely payments from Customers and timely updates various information to the customers.
- Recommending new potential products to R & D department based on customer Feedback and market Research etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 5 years experience into International Business Development
- Excellent communication skills
