JD OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The role of International Business Development Manager (IBDM) is a critical role for the growth of the Company. There is considerable potential to grow the current market share worldwide in game lifecycle management with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing the business networks in existing markets.

The IBDM will be responsible for maximizing the business revenue by developing direct customer accounts with existing and new customers. The position will involve a high degree of international travel.

ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Director of Operations India, you will contribute to the business promotion of the Company's game art services to international Gaming Companies Globally. You will be personally responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your deals from initial campaign definition to final reporting/cold calling/lead generation/social media promotion and network building.

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple services and genre of Company's art development markets that ensures attainment of company international business goals and profitability.

- Prepare action plans for effective search for international project leads and prospects.

- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets.

- Identifying and acquiring new clients and developing our existing client portfolio within your geographical territory;

- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to Gaming Companies Globally on the art outsourcing services of the organization.

- Showcase the team strength and 2D and 3D game art portfolio to prospective companies.

- Maintains contact with all existing customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Setting up and tracking the execution of game art development and new game art acquisitions with relevant internal teams.

- Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction

- Contributing to the definition of new product offerings and exploring further areas of expansion in being a complete game lifecycle management company.

- Proactively identifying optimization/evolution opportunities for existing products;

- Maintaining a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the Company's competitors and their business models, and the relative strengths/weaknesses of the Company's portfolio and products.

- Represent the Company in various global events, forums and generate leads.
