International Business Development Manager - Middle East
Upper Cap: 10 LPA - 12 LPA (it is depended on your current package and expertise level in sales.)

Started in 1991, then a small enterprise and now a foremost organization in Indian Filtration Industry, the company is housed in Ahmedabad with manufacturing unit in Gandhinagar. The company is considered to be the epitome in Filtration Industry with clients across length & breadth of Indian Sub-Continent. They have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with boasts of best of the designers and engineers. The company has 60% female employees.
The company has over 100 filtration products with a presence in commercial and domestic premises in national & international markets.
The company currently has 60+ employees with 40 Cr turnover.
An ideal Candidate :
1. Will to travel to the Middle East & across the globe. Present company's products to the client. Get stationed in the Middle East for some time if its required.
2. Have already travelled to the Middle East.
3. Should know self-driving in the Middle East.
4. Should be aware of the local markets.
5. Should have a very pleasant personality. Suave, and full of etiquettes.
6. Should be responsible for handling all clients, new clients, negotiations, commercials, logistics for his/her international market (preferably the Middle East.)
7. The person must have a degree/diploma in Mechanical / Chemical.
8. Should be in the age range of 28 years to 35 years.
9. Base location in Ahmedabad.
10. Max package on offer is 12 LPA. Max 20% rise shall be given on your existing package.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Researching and evaluating existing business strategy by applying various business analysis tools, formulating end-to-end sales solutions, while contributing to the long-term growth objectives of the corporate entity.
- Based on research development make the business strong marketing strategy for the international market.
- Expanding channel business by sourcing new partners as well as maintaining effective business relationships with existing partners to enhance the profitability of business operations in the international market.
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets. Expanding business reach and proactively creating new sales leads/ opportunities.
- Constantly interacting with prospects and maintaining a cordial business relationship with key clients.
- Handling high-value sales, addressing minor details and identifying areas for improvements in customer service.
- Undertaking business case assessment to enhance channel sale relations, as well as assessing and evaluating new vendor products
- Stay updated with new market development as well as mapping competition activity.
- Record and maintain files and records of customer order list/product list/payment list.
- Payments follow up on regular basis with customers as or when required.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Develop a marketing budget in the line with marketing strategy.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person and preparing an order for execution.
- Assist sales team in order to develop sales goal they can be met.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
- Writing reports.
Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
