Development of new market/territory in India and globally.

Managing and developing sales at key customers and other existing customers.

Managing the team and set targets for each help to achieve the target & review the target.

Implementing marketing strategies to drive volumes,

Finalize business with key customers in India & US.

Responsible for business development & marketing related actions for increased customer base in the International market (USA)

Identifying new accounts in different industries

Develop new customers / appoint agent & distributors for the assigned territories

Large / Key Account Management Managing Key Accounts

Identify opportunities for new applications & new product development.

Develop & Nurture strong relations with CEOs / MDs of Key Accounts.

Key Account Plans encompassing the strategy & business through established industry best practices

Taking a Lead in demonstrating how their business can improve / grow further

Making business not about selling product, but providing a mutually beneficial solution

Customer Relationship Management CRM - ownership & accountability of all aspects

Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the entire cycle of - Order to Delivery.

Ensure timely payments and thereby ensure zero bad debts.

Handling New Product queries in Specialty Chemicals Business from customers their analysis and recommendation for future development/ commercialization.

Assist in preparation of Marketing Plan for new product launches

Assist in scouting and evaluating suitable partners for contract/toll manufacturing operations.

Planning, Forecasting and Review Business Plans.

Prospecting New Business Development

Cost Planning For exports

Developing New Markets and Managing Existing Markets for assigned product.

Promotion activities in Export Markets.

Qualifications

& Experience - B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) or MBA from Top B Schools with 4+ Yrs Experience
