International Business Development Manager
Eligibility
- MBA with minimum 12 years of domain / functional experience – CPG/Retail/Logistics
- Experience of transitioning projects offshore a plus
- Should have worked with outsourcing and off shoring for a minimum of 3-5 years
Areas of Responsibility
- Creating new business leads and driving closure to the sale – with targets on the upward of $4 million
- Identifying new area’s to go after. Be the feet on ground to hunt for new business lines
- Building pipelines, Issue resolution
- Farming / mining new business from existing business units as well as identifying potential new area’s
- Ensuring clients satisfaction is at the highest at any given point in time
- Liaison between offshore operations and clients
- Ensuring all contract commitments are being met
- Reporting on status every week to leadership
- Extensive Knowledge and understanding of Industry segments a must have.

- Revenue span/ Cross sales/ New business development
- Profitability- Articulating and sustaining business value
- Average Billing rate/Work days billing
- Deal wins in transformation
- Reducing financial risk
