Internal Strategy Consultant - Listed NBFC

Experience: 0-1 years post MBA from IIM / ISB

Role: Internal Strategy Consultant

Job Description:

- The role of the consultant includes business performance review, analysis of business and operating model, market entry strategy, industry & competitor analysis, business plan review and recommendation, business data analytics, etc.

- The consultant will works directly with senior management across the different businesses and product lines to determine the optimal strategy for reaching aspirations in the rapidly changing market environment.

1. Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, investor day, off-sites, town halls

2. Support management / business on strategic projects (e.g. assessing the impact of Fintech on NBFC industry, scenario analysis, impact of changing regulations on Current Business,

3. Data analysis and Strategic assessment of underperforming locations / products and development of scenarios / recommendations for business heads

4. Conduct analysis of the competitive and general macro / market environment for senior management presentations. Develop market sizing / revenue pool models

5. Most of the projects require working closely with senior team members, finance and other functional teams; working independently or with the support of another member of the team
