Internal Finance Audit/SOX Finance Analyst - CA

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of industrial engineering products and technologies, is seeking an Internal Auditor/ SOX Compliance Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join their team in Vadodara.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audits and /or SOX compliance.

- CA Qualified candidate only.

- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Key Responsibilities:

- Major work is to look and establish SOX control and testing on regular basis for proper implementation. Also have additional responsibility of Statutory Audit and Tax as a part of Group.

- Basic understanding or knowledge of SOX and its process.

- Candidate would be ready to establish her/his future in SOX.
