Job Title: Manager- Internal Controls

Reporting To: India Controller.

Location: Bangalore, Halol (Baroda).

Job Description:

- Establish and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group financial policies.

- To ensure SOX compliance and adhere to all reporting deadlines.

- To periodically review account reconciliations against Company policy driving a high quality standard.

- To ensure compliance against FCPA policies of the Company.

- To serve as the regional contact for all control and SOX related initiatives and updates.

- Training-Finance Team on Controllership guide, Policy Changes, FCPA, and Document retention.

- Experience required (Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities) :

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in accounting functions, SOX, Internal Audit & Internal Controls.

- Experience in a manufacturing unit is a must.

- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical abilities.

- US GAAP or IFRS knowledge a MUST.

- Education required

- CA or equivalent

- CISA plus.
