Job Title : Internal Controller (Auditor) Location : Mumbai (Kurla West) Reports to : Head - Finance 2. Role and Responsibilities : - This role will be responsible to assess the existence and efficiency of internal controls in the organization. Based on such assessment necessary recommendations to improve the control environment shall be devised and co-driven with business for implementation. - Deploy Group guidelines and methodology on Internal Control inside the entity. 3. Main Role and Responsibilities : - Ensure Roll-out &amp; appropriation of Internal Control Methodology &amp; Group Referential. - Ensure controls enforced are efficient to secure reliability of financials. When there are changes in the Group Referential or new risks locally identified, the local description on controls to be reinforced. - Develop and manage the testing planning to achieve it in terms of timing and quality. Guarantee testing sheets descriptions are value added to cover the risks and identify deficiencies. - Use Risk based and Data Analytics driven techniques to bring out a comprehensive coverage and assessment. - When deficiencies are identified, contribute to identify recommendations; collaborate with business Control owners (BCOs) to devise and implement controls - Ensure reporting accuracy and on time reporting in Group reporting tool. - Animate &amp; coordinate with Business Process Owners: - Contribute to leadership team to improve controls - Facilitation of Risk Management - Animation and coordination with BCOs/BPOs - Deploy actions plans to solve deficiencies - Promote adherence to processes, rules and policies - Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors to demonstrate Internal Control effectiveness and compliance to other related requirements under Companies Act 2013. 4. Organization / Reporting : - The incumbent of this role will report to the Head - Finance, and functionally into Worldwide Internal Control Director. 5. Job Specifications : Education : CA (preferred) Experience Needed (Professional) :&nbsp;At least 4 years of post qualification experience Technical Skills : - Risk Management and Control - Accounting and Reporting - Leadership Competencies
