Job Responsibilities(JR) :

Internal / Concurrent Audit of Depository Operations and broking related services Actionable

- Monitor internal / concurrent audit of depository operations of the Bank.

- Carry out / monitor audit of related party transactions / activities of subsidiary(ies) involved in stock broking.

- Keep an oversight on adherence to various regulatory guidelines issued by SEBI / NSDL / CDSL.

- Ensure completion of Audit Calendar as assigned by the RH / GH-IAD

- Monitoring / carrying out focused / thematic reviews basis triggers from compliance / regulators / internal risk assessment

- Ensure release of audit reports and review of responses within the prescribed timeframe

- Identifying areas of concerns / concerning trends to Unit / Regional Head
