Internal Communication Specialist - Hyderabad
- Works with multiple sub-sets of employees across geographies
- Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees
- Develops diverse communication channels, e.g. social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.
- Manages content within broader editorial calendar where appropriate
- Demonstrates the ability to conceptualize and execute
- Demonstrates the ability to think analytically and develop communication solutions that meet the business needs of the firm
- Works collaboratively, cross-functionally and manages stakeholders
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills, including very strong editing skills.
- Translates key messages of the company to the wider internal audience
- Develops and authors a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
- Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with firm priorities and themes.
- Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, Professional Development, Human Resources and other programs and initiatives in support of firm goals and culture.
