Internal Communication Specialist - FMCG/FMCD/Healthcare

- Establishing, populating and maintaining multiple communications channels

- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as the intranet, email bulletins, social media, regular newsletters and any other channel as deemed fit.

- This will entail, responsibly, conveying messages around all important initiatives and projects to the internal stakeholders and drafting messages or scripts from senior management to internal stakeholders in written or spoken form.

- Support new projects by providing specific and timely information to enable the Management to engage with employees and bring about the desired change in an effective manner.

- Storyboard or translate ideas for execution to the creative team and prepare success stories ready to be communicated to internal stakeholders

- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all platforms and are aligned to the overall brand positioning and philosophy
