Internal Communication Role - ITeS

Career Opportunity with Leading ITES Company

1. Support Head of Internal Communications (IC) to implement comprehensive internal communication campaigns.

2. Work with the team to create engaging content, including newsletters, emails, videos, and other multimedia materials, to effectively communicate key messages.

3. Manage cross-function coordination to Head of IC the team in facilitating global campaigns and engagement initiatives like World Environment Day, International Women's Day or World Tourism Day.

4. Partner with HR colleagues - corporate and regional - to assist with employee advisories and other communication needs.

5. Manage intranet portal, to ensure it is up-to-date and optimsed for employee communication and engagement.

6. Handle dissemination of national day greetings to all regions/countries.

7. Track employee communication and global engagement activities for end-of-year reporting and audit purposes.

8. Maintain and update SOPs for the function.

9. Judicious use of natural resources.

10. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
