Location - Mumbai

1. To create and establish an internal communications strategy in consultation with Seniors

- Conceptualize the series of communications for the year

- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin. Work on the content layout in some cases

- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders

- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team

- Sense opportunities to building effective communication across the organization

2. Align communication across different mediums


- Use social media to communicate with staff internally

- Deliver presentations at organisational events

- Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form

- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments within the HR Function

- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages

- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

- Advise senior executives of developments throughout the organization, either face to face or through regular written communication

3. Establish intranet as the most active communication medium within the organization


- Review the existing intranet portal to create a 'wow' employee experience

- Ensure adoption of the portal by building and updating content on a regular basis.

- Oversee and track adoption on a defined periodicity and review any content to make it more appealing

4. Automation Champion for Engagement Team & Drive Digital Engagement Channels for Employees


- Roll out the following to drive better engagement across the organization

a. Reward and recognition digital tool finalization and implementation

b. Idea Tool

c. Social and Communications engine for the organization

- Represent the Engagement Team to drive automation initiatives for employees
