Job Summary :

Responsible for managing specific communications projects, programs, or initiatives. The Internal Communications role is a cross-functional role that will involve working with stakeholders at every level with the singular goal of building and sustaining a highly engaged team that is growing month on month. As we grow across the country, it becomes important to carry forward the mission and values of the brand to every employee delivering the promise to customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and execute company-wide communications initiatives as well as custom initiatives across businesses centres.

- Responsible for building and continuously enhancing Employee engagement in Cummins India

- Create strong processes and channels that enable communications flow across or within functions, locations and teams.

- Owns engagement initiatives internally. Plans and works with centre SPOCs to execute and improve a monthly calendar consistently.

- Manage initiatives like newsletter, intranet, town-hall, periodic off-site etc. and ensure high engagement levels of employees with such initiatives.

- Creates systemic value adds like on-boarding programme, new centre setup processes, cross-centre team-building etc.

- Supports communications projects and events as they relate to assigned area.

- Executive Communication- Supports the management of internal and external communications including video, newsletters, and corporate presentations.

- Manages the communication activities including technical and/or promotional material writing, product manuals, brochures, etc.

- Interacts with business partners to develop and implement integrated communication plans. Supports the brand communication and supports the brand strategy guidelines.

- Balance the role of an internal communication, the voice of every employee and most importantly, the voice of the organization internally.

- Ownership of Intranet Content management

- Vendor Management - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
