Please find below the key responsibilities for the internal communication profile

- Manage all internal communication of Mahindra two wheelers including

- Intranet
- Newsletter
- Web-chats
- Fire-side chats
- Annual communication events, etc.

- Build effective channels of feedback from the employees

- Use the communication channels to build innovative employee engagement activities

- Design and manage employee groups, forums, clubs, blogs

- Act as the interface between MTWL and the M&M internal communication team to ensure adequate coverage in the group wide communication events/tools etc.

We are looking for a person to run internal communication single handedly and hence should have atleast 4-5 yrs of exp.
