Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for generating revenue for the company through following sales channel (International Sales and Domestic Sales as outlined below) - To enroll new distributors / retail chain partners in assigned markets of our products - Search for new clients for private label manufacturing (OEM) - Analyze import export data/reports to identify potential market and clients for our products - Reach out to potential international clients through to present our company and products and to generate sales - Participate in international and domestic trade fairs and exhibition to search for new potential clients - Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly sales target and meeting them with 10% variation. Skills and Experiences: - Must have proven track record of generating sales in double digit cr in the last year. - Must have experience of femcare products/personal care products, market and supply chain. - Must have experience of introducing new brands in new market where products/brands are unknown. - Scan the environment to understand competitors' activities, demand supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share - Ensure compliance w.r.t IT systems and data management to ensure that the customer information / discussions are not people dependent About the client The client is an early stage manufacturer in the personal care and Feminine hygiene space.
