Job Description : Qualification: Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) - 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit of a large manufacturing organization, preferably automobiles and exposure to plant functions. - Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities etc. - Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills. - SAP Knowledge and practice - Good knowledge of MS Excel, other Data analytics and auditing tools will be an added advantage Job Profile: - Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and time bound manner. - Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes - Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimization - Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage - Engage effectively with auditors on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow- up of action plan. - Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review.
