Internal Auditor - CA/ICWA - BFSI

Looking for a Internal Auditor for one of the company which deals in Bitcoin.

- It would be a Asst. Manager/ Manager role with 3+ years of exp specifically in Internal Audit and would report directly to CFO.

- CA or a ICWA with strong exp in Internal Audit would be a good fit for this role.

- This role would be located at BKC, Mumbai.

Role :

- To add value and improve operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

- Involved into execution as well as review of statutory audits, tax audits and quarterly reviews of financial statements.

- To work with management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks are identified and analyzed, on an annual basis.

- To plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfil the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.

- To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation.
