Job Description:

- Must have atleast 3 to 4 years extensive experience in Leading, conducting and assisting in carrying out Internal Audits and investigations that will provide reasonable assurance to Executive Management, the Allianz Board, Management and the Audit Committee regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the risk management and control framework operating within the business.

- Carry out internal audits by assessing controls, analysing data and drawing conclusions about the adequacy of these controls.

- To improve the control environment and processes through agreeing viable recommendations with the business and ensuring implementation through follow up on progress.

Skills & Experience:

- Preferably a CA/CWA with at least 3 to 4 years of extensive Internal Audit experience in an MNC Environment.

Key Competencies:

- Good working knowledge of the principles of insurance and of Insurance Accounting practices.

- Comprehensive understanding of professional standards (i.e. COSO)

- Knowledge about relevant compliance and regulatory rules and procedures.
