Looking for candidates with CA and post qualification experience of 15+yrs.  Responsibilities :   - Perform a risk assessment and determine the level of risk  - Understand laws and regulations  - Obtain and/or establish policies for specific issues and areas  - Educate on the policies and procedures and communicate awareness  - Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and policies  - Audit the highest risk areas  - Re-educate staff on regulations and issues identified in the audit  - Understanding the unique roles of corporate compliance and internal audit requires an appreciation for the definitions of auditing and monitoring.  - Audit of new management areas to evaluate internal control system  - Responsible for evaluating design & effectiveness of Compliance function  - Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations- effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations  - Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans  - Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc  Job Location : UAE
