Job Title: Internal Auditor (Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Auditor with a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our company's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting regulations. You will be expected to conduct audits, develop risk assessment strategies, and provide guidance on internal control improvements. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

- Conducting internal audits of financial and operational processes to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

- Developing risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.

- Providing guidance on internal control improvements and best practices.

- Preparing audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.

- Communicating audit results to management and relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting regulations.

- Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensuring compliance.

Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related field.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting regulations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
