1. Internal Audit in these sectors would be really great - Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Pharma, Lifesciences.

2. For Manager and Senior Manager level candidates should have : (Business development experience - Proposal Making, Pitching to Client, Client Mining, Business Expansion and Team handling experience.

3. Lastly, experience in working in consulting firms and industry experience.

60%- Consulting or CA firm experience or Big 4 companies.

40% - Industry experience
