Internal Auditor - Asset Management Domain

Would be leading a team for Internal Audit of Asset Management Companies

Having a past-experience of leading a team would be an added advantage

The role would have the following tasks to be performed:

- Analysis of the quarterly reporting process for the fund of funds.

- Re-calculation of the Management and administrative fees paid under the Funds

- Examination of Cash reconciliations

- Review of Charter and Minutes of the Valuation Committee

- Verification of policies & procedures to support the hedge fund activities (HFA)

- Verification of cash collateral, daily leverage schedules to ensure compliance

- Monthly cash reconciliations

- Verifying the calculation of management and advisory fees

- Verification of Regulatory filings of the financial statements
