Internal Audit/SOX Manager

We are assisting one of the renowned MNC's based out of Pune for Manager - Internal Audit position.

Internal Audit+ SOX – Manager

For manager position, we need a candidate with proven background of managing audits. He/she should:

- have ~6-8 years job experience post qualification

- have technical accounting background (CA/ CPA preferred)

- willing to work in Pune from 2-11pm shift

- have Big 4 audit firm's (not their shared service centres) prior experience- Only Big4

- be willing / able join us at a very short notice. We can offer to buy the notice period for the right candidate.

Location- Pune

Process Specific Skills-

- Good in depth knowledge in SOX compliance/ Internal Audits/Statutory Audits.

- This position is primarily responsible for Risk and Control Advisory services to external customers.

- Executes the work on the assigned client

- Assumes near independent responsibility for smaller clients

- Compliance with BPRS Methodology, work plans and activities

Education Requirements:

- MBA (Finance)/CA Qualified

Skillset required-

- Effective Communication skills, Good documentation experience, Problem solving skills, Team Handling Experience is must.
