Internal Audit - SOX

Looking for CA professionals with experience in audits for being Backup for person managing the Financial & Operations audits in the Co .

The candidate will be part of the in-house team to lead F&O related audits, coordinate with external audit firms that are assigned engagements on need basis to ensure quality and timely completion of audits, follow up with auditees for closure of open gaps, assist in preparing audit committee presentation decks etc.

Qualification:

- CA /ICWA (preferably 1st time passouts)

- Certifications like CIA / CISA will be a added advantage

Technical skills:

- Hands-on good experience in SAP (FI, MM, SD)

- Strong MS office knowledge and PPT skills

- Experience in use of audit tools (CAAT / Idea / ACL etc.)

- Strong accounting and GAAP knowledge along with applicable accounting standards

- Knowledge of IIA standards and Clause 49 requirements

- Should have a strong analytical mindset and problem solving abilities

- Good inter-personal and team management skills

- Implementation knowledge of SoX will be an added advantage (either as a team lead or a key member)

Communication skills

- Strong report writing and presentation skills,

- Excellent spoken and written communication skill.

Management effectiveness skills

- Confident, Determined and person with Professional Outlook

- Candidate must be able to meet the deadlines.

- Should be team player and a go-getter. Must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally.

Relocation to Noida -need a valid reason for the same
