Internal Audit Role - Mutual Funds/Portfolio Management

Role specific skillsets:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Internal Audit of NSE / BSE / Commodity stock exchange scoping market operations, surveillance, and polling functions.

2. Operational audit of collaterals and fund management

3. Audit related to SEBI compliances comprising of security contract regulations, portfolio managers regulation, insider trading etc.

4. Audit of operations of MF, AIF, Hedge funds.

5. Accounting under Tally/ Miles/ or other software for FPI, Hedge Funds, AIF, funds etc

6. Prepare / Review daily/weekly/monthly tax computation for FPI, AIF funds

7. Prepare / Review of daily/monthly NAV

8. Responsible for preparing remittance certificates as per provisions of the Income tax Act in a time bound manner (understanding taxation of capital gains and interest income of FPIs).
